Mediation and Dispute Resolution

For all meditations and dispute resolutions, we offer a fixed fee for half and full day.

The below fees are for each party.

Intake

$300.00 (Plus GST)

Half Day

$1,200.00 (Plus GST)

Full Day

$2,000.00 (Plus GST)

Issuing Certificate (Under legislative provisions - No Mediation)

$250.00 (Plus GST)

Additional Costs

Should the parties seek an in person mediation / dispute resolution, room fees may be applicable.

There is no additional costs for mediations / dispute resolution by Microsoft Teams.
