In 2024, Daniel celebrated 15 years as an Legal Practitioner. Daniel holds an undergraduate bachelors from Griffith University and a Juris Doctor from Bond University. Daniel is an accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP), accredited by the Attorney General of Australia and is currently the Secretary of the Gold Coast District Law Association.

Daniel is the director of Paddingtons Legal Group, a boutique firm, specialising in Family Law and Commercial Litigation and Director of The Law Co, a specialist firm dealing with all real property transactions.

Daniel has extensive experience in family law, commercial litigation, and also estate planing and restructuring, property law and personal property transactions.

Being results focused and managing client’s expectations has allowed Daniel to achieve success throughout his legal career, whilst acting for and against a diverse range of local, domestic and international individuals and corporations. Jurisdictions include: Australia (Federal and State (Queensland, New South wales and Victoria)) US, UK, Singapore, Malaysia, China, New Zealand.
